Children of the Nations

Founded locally in Silverdale, Washington, Children of the Nations is an organization whose mission is to raise children who transform nations.   Their primary focus is on providing holistic, Christ-Centered care to orphaned and destitute children with a commitment to also provide caring families for orphaned children.

Currently Children of the Nations has child sponsorships in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Liberia, Malawi, Sierra Leone and Uganda.  Among these locations is the opportunity to sponsor children living in:

  • Village Partnerships
Village Partnerships is a ‘hand-up’ program vs. a relief or hand-out program.  Each village partnership is tailored to the unique needs of the village, and all village partnerships work with local village leadership to come along side and develop the best strategy to assist with the needs of the most desperate children.
  • Children’s Homes
Children’s Homes serve as family-based homes for orphaned children.  These children receive the opportunity to grow, learn and be raised-up in a nurturing, Christ-centered, family home environment.
